Quinn was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. He has a Bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Health and Human Development from Montana State University and a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University. Quinn primarily works with adolescent and adult populations. He is passionate about guiding his clients into becoming their authentic selves. He understands that much of our suffering can arise from beliefs formed about ourselves or the world. Quinn desires to work with clients to help them challenge and diminish attachment to these internal processes. He promotes empathy, compassion and trust within the therapeutic setting, recognizing these components as vital to a therapeutic relationship.
Quinn has clinical experience in working with depression, anxiety, addiction and crisis stabilization management. He utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach incorporating existential-humanistic therapy, mindfulness, CBT and ACT into the therapeutic space. He fully believes that clients have the ability to heal and grow from their hardships. Quinn is aware of how daunting this process can be and is honored to be able to work with those who are seeking change in their lives.
In his free time Quinn enjoys exploring the outdoors whether it’s snowboarding in Alaska or hiking in Arizona alongside his silver lab.
