Jessica graduated from Northern Arizona University with her Bachelors in Elementary Education and has 10+ years working in education with children. Besides teaching academics, Jessica has also taught her students social and emotional lessons, mindfulness, and problem solving. Jessica has extensive experience working with children and adolescents. Working as teacher is what lead Jessica to realize how important therapy is for children and adolescents and also has attended therapy where it made a huge positive impact in her life.
Jessica firmly believes that therapy is for anyone and everyone and feels that making the step to come to therapy is extremely brave and courageous because it can often seem scary. Jessica believes that connection is extremely important and is passionate about working along side her clients and making sure they feel safe and supported.
Jessica is newly married to her husband Charles and they have two fur-children who they adore. Jessica enjoys going to the movies, trying new restaurants, going to Disneyland whenever they can, hanging out at home with her family, going to concerts, and of course shopping.
