Michelle is an Arizona native who dreams of adventure. Her outgoing personality makes it easy to identify with. Michelle has the unique ability to quickly identify dysfunctional thought and behavior patterns. Once these patterns are known, solution-focused, DBT and cognitive behavioral techniques can be used to elicit change. She has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families with a variety of struggles including family disruption, trauma, anxiety, behavioral problems, grief and depression. Michelle approaches the therapeutic process by incorporating many modalities into therapy that fit the needs of each individual client. She is also a supporter of LGBTQIA+.
Michelle loves to learn and be both educated and educating, soaking up as much experience as is available. Then using that education to create a fulfilling and therapeutic atmosphere with clients and their families.
