Mark received his B.A. from Liberty University and his M.A. in Professional Mental Health Clinical Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. Mark is currently working as a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience counseling with individuals from various group settings. Populations include adults, couples, teens, LGBT+, and aged populations. Mark is an accomplished therapist using Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Spirituality (when appropriate), with a Person-Centered approach to allow each client their freedom to benefit from therapy at their own pace.
Mark incorporates an array of skills and approaches to therapy to build an alliance between the client and counselor to work through emotional and mental concerns including depression, anger, anxiety, grief and loss, addictions, trauma, marital, Men’s issues, and phase of life concerns.
Mark is married to his wife for over 35 years, has two adult children, likes fishing and hockey.
