Greta is driven by the people she meets. She seeks to help clients come to terms with their life situation and to establish and achieve their goals. Feeling lost or stuck, disconnected and anxious, or not knowing what you want can be tied to deeper conversations. Greta understands how these patterns can derail us, and helps her clients get back on track.
Her talents and experience are most suited to processing trauma, dealing with depression, anxiety, and OCD. Her practice includes EMDR, DBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing - a powerful method of introspection. Staying abreast of the field helps her bring the best tools to her work.
Greta received her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and her Master’s degree in Counseling. She works best with clients over 18 years of age. Greta has served a church mission in Argentina. For 1.5 years she performed therapy with missionaries who were struggling with mental health issues.
