Gina brings compassion and understanding to each client interaction and strives to create safe spaces for those she serves. She specializes in developmental and attachment trauma and works with survivors to create healthy, connected relationships and build emotional resilience Dedicated to this work, she uses a variety of modalities and tools to help people move through the pain of their past and into a life full of purpose aligned with their values and attuned to their inner voice.
Gina is a Pastoral Counselor and holds certifications in Life and Trauma Recovery Coaching. She utilizes a strength-based, client-led approach to support clients of all ages on their healing journey. She understands that each person's path to recovery is a unique process, and being a complex trauma survivor herself, she knows healing is possible.
Gina holds a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Pastoral Psychotherapy and Master’s degrees in Spiritual Direction and Multicultural Education. She is the Executive Director of the Spiritual Coaching Institute; Vice President of the Association of Clinical Pastoral Psychotherapists; a keynote speaker, author, course developer, trainer, teacher, mentor, and mom. She has spent time in residential treatment supporting young adult women and 20+ years in education teaching children, adolescents, and adults. She can often be found spending time in nature or pouring over photography books. She also loves spending time with her two children. She says seeing the divinity in others is her spiritual gift and overcoming ritual abuse is her greatest triumph.
