She is passionate about helping her clients reduce suffering, and increase happiness!
Deb enjoys working with individuals, adolescents, adults, women, couples, and those who have experienced trauma. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who enjoys working with individuals, young adults, adults, women, and couples who have experienced symptoms of low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Deb is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to provide individuals the tools to reprocess past and present trauma and focus on a positive future. Deb is also trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for couples struggling with communication and connection. Deb implements client centered models of therapy such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to challenge negative thinking and increase positive more accurate thoughts and beliefs about ourselves.
Deb is a graduate of Arizona State University and obtained her Master’s degree in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University.
