Reagan obtained her bachelor’s degree in Health Psychology from Brigham Young University – Idaho and is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Capella University.
Reagan is passionate about helping children and youth navigate personal mental health challenges and empowering them to make meaningful changes in their lives. Reagan has worked in various jobs helping youth including in patient and out patient treatment centers as well as being a prevention educator in high schools. Each of these jobs helped honed her skills as an advocate for youth and their families. Reagan understands that each person is the expert of their own lives and uses interpersonal skills of empathy, listening and positive outlook to build strong relationships with her clients.
Working with youth, Reagan also recognizes the importance of building a strong familial foundation to create lasting change in the lives the children and youth she works with. Reagan uses a person-centered approach to helping clients feel safe and comfortable while utilizing existentialism and solution-focused practices in making therapeutic changes.
In her spare time Reagan enjoys spending time with her family, especially playing with her young children. She also enjoys anything outside including hiking, gardening, camping and simple walks.
