She specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, attachment patterns, and cultural shame through a holistic, heart-centered approach. Melissa utilizes evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to support healing and personal growth.

Melissa is especially passionate about helping clients shift unhelpful thought patterns, understand the roots of their emotional responses, and develop healthier ways to cope and connect. Her work centers on helping people build secure, authentic relationships with others and with themselves. As a mother of four grown children and someone who has navigated her own personal relationship challenges, Melissa brings deep empathy and understanding to her work. Her life experiences allow her to offer not only clinical insight but also heartfelt support for those working through relational struggles. Melissa enjoys working with adolescents and adults, creating a safe space where clients can explore, process, and find new ways of being.
