Jolene is a compassionate and experienced psychotherapist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. She believes that healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences and create meaningful, lasting change.

Jolene utilizes a personalized, evidence-based approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and strengths-based interventions. She provides EMDR therapy to help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress, and develop healthier beliefs about themselves. As a Certified ADHD Counselor with specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), she also supports children, adolescents, and adults experiencing ADHD, behavioral challenges, executive functioning difficulties, emotional regulation concerns, and developmental needs.

She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, ADHD, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, stress-related disorders, behavioral challenges, and emotional dysregulation. Her experience spans community mental health, correctional mental health, crisis intervention, child and adolescent therapy, and behavioral health services, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of individuals across the lifespan.

Jolene's background in ABA has equipped her with expertise in behavior assessment, positive behavior support, parent coaching, and practical interventions that foster emotional regulation, communication, social skills, and healthy behavior change. 

Her therapeutic style is warm, authentic, collaborative, and strengths-based. She believes that every person has the capacity for healing and growth, regardless of the challenges they have faced. Together, she and her clients work to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, process difficult experiences, and develop the confidence needed to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and purpose.
