Branden has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. He has experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, personal crises, developmental disabilities, and adjustment disorders. He enjoys working with adolescents and young adults.
Branden believes that everyone has value and natural strengths that can help them learn from hardships and turn them into positive growth opportunities. He strives to build trust with his clients by creating a safe environment where each of them is treated with an unconditional positive regard. His therapeutic approach utilizes mindfulness, stress reduction techniques, self-compassion, strengths assessment and cognitive behavioral therapy. Branden lives in Mesa with his beautiful wife and two daughters. He loves spending time with friends and family, reading, listening to music, swimming, and being in nature.
