Janice believes that everyone is doing the best they can within their given situations. Janice has a desire to help clients reduce conflict and increase happiness in life. She views the counseling experience as collaborative; with the client in the driver’s seat and Janice as the passenger/navigator, helping her clients get to where they want to go. She feels that everyone can experience positive change and understands that it will take time and patience to do so. Janice is an active listener, accepting each client ‘as they are’ by providing a safe and non-judgmental space.

Janice graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from ASU and her Master’s degree in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University.

Janice has been married for over 25 years and is privileged to be the mother of 8 wonderful children. Janice enjoys reading, hiking, sewing and Broadway musicals.
