Isabella is a passionate counselor currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Counseling. She is excited to further develop her clinical expertise and support children, adolescents, and families through supervised clinical training at Total Life Counseling.

As a client-centered counselor, Isabella is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. She believes every individual possesses unique strengths and experiences and strives to build trusting therapeutic relationships that foster growth, resilience, and meaningful change. She utilizes techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art and Play Therapy. 

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Isabella enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing and painting, as well as relaxing with a good movie. She values lifelong learning, personal growth, and meaningful connections with others. Her passion for working with children and adolescents, combined with her nurturing background, fuels her dedication to helping clients navigate challenges, build emotional well-being, and achieve positive, lasting change.
